It is used for manufacturing tyres , inner tyres , pipeline of various types and base of shoe …ect

RSS 1,RSS2,RSS3
These products are processed from condensed latex through 3 main phases: condensing into shaped block, flatting into thin sheet by machine and drying with heat from the firewood or gas kilns.
Depending on the appearance of bubbles on the surface the product is classified into varioud grades like RSS1, RSS2, RSS3…
Basing on the checking by eye, the characteristic identified as follows:
- For RSS1: No bubble appearance, no dust, no stain
- For RSS 2: With small quantity of bubbles appearance, no dust, no stain
- For RSS3: with many bubbles appearance, no dust, no stain
Its colors for types vary from dark yellow to brown due to level of smoke adherence.
